Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

My refund & returns policy lasts 21 days from your purchase date. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, I’m sorry, but I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, you must have purchased it directly from this website, and I require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your ELOPE book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Downloadable planner or PDF file
  • Virtual books, or ebooks
  • Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any book not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after your purchase date
  • Sale items – Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

     

    Exchanges

    I only replace or exchange a book if is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sherry@sherrymartinpeters.com with a photo of the defective or damaged book, and send your physical address and proof of sale.

    Refunds

    Once your physical book is returned, received, and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

    Late or missing refunds:

    If you have not received a refund within 14 days of returning your book, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Processing times vary for both parties. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at sherry@sherrymartinpeters.com

    Shipping and Returns

    To start a return, please ensure it is mailed in its original packaging, and kindly contact me for the physical address to ship it to. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. I recommend that you utilize a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for added security and trackability. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
