Your love story deserves more than a checklist and a couple of hours on the clock. My approach is immersive, intentional, and rooted in helping you craft a day that reflects your wild, beautiful bond. Your package can be custom-crafted, and here’s how my pricing is structured:

You decide how many hours of photography you’d like—starting at a 4-hour minimum—and together, we’ll design a custom itinerary and timeline that fits your vision.

Planning
$150/hr
Beyond photography, I’m here to support the full vision of your adventure elopement My goal is to help you create a seamless, soul-stirring unique wedding day from start to finish. Consider this your white-glove elopement concierge— extensive support from the initial concept to the elopement day. I’m here to take care of the details so you can stay fully present in the experience.
This includes:
✧ Unique Experience Ideas: Want to end the day with a private chef, stargaze under a sky dome, or unwind in a wood-fired sauna? I’ll help you dream it up and make it happen
✧ Permit Assistance: I’ll research and handle the paperwork for any required state or national park permits on your behalf
✧ Adventure Outfitter Arrangements: From snowmobile rides to guided hikes or kayak excursions, I can help coordinate with trusted local adventure providers
✧ Destination & Location Suggestions: Personalized ideas inspired by your energy and shared passions
✧ Unique Stay Recommendations: From remote treehouses to luxe eco-lodges for your honeymoon
✧ Vendor Referrals + Logistics: Trusted vendors, permits guidance, and timeline crafting for a seamless day
✧ In-Person Location Scouting: When possible, I’ll scout your ceremony site ahead of time to ensure the light, views, and access are just right
✧ Online Gallery with Printing Rights: Full-resolution images, completely curated and edited, delivered in a beautiful, easy-to-share digital gallery for you and your family. I will also provide a DVD of every edited image to the Bride and Groom.

My Travel Expenses
Please note that my flights, car rental, and accommodations are not included in the pricing above. These travel costs will be invoiced separately once your destination and dates are confirmed.
I prefer to book my travel to align with my airline work schedule and for your privacy. While I won’t stay at the same property as you, I always ensure I’m logistically nearby for the entire adventure, ready and available when you need me, while still giving you space to fully soak in your private moments together.
Don’t worry, I will provide a list of nearby accommodations, being mindful of your budget.
Why choose Sherry as your photographer?
My husband and I eloped to St Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands with 7 of our best friends. We chose St Croix because we loved the landscape combination of the ocean, the beach and warmth of the sun, and the breathtaking mountains in the background. We had an intimate wedding ceremony on the beach and held our reception on a catamaran, where we cut our cake in bathing suits and spent our time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
My biggest priority was making it an experience that lasted more than a day (I knew I wouldn’t want it to end…), having a photographer document how I envisioned myself immersed in the environment, creating an experience that my friends wouldn’t stop talking about, and keeping it adventurous, while relaxing, the entire time! I can honestly say – our wedding photography was easily the best investment we have ever made! I am so passionate about providing the same type of experience for you!
